How to Purchase?
1-AcedeckCare+ service plan can be purchased at the same time as buying a new board.
2-Alternatively, within 30 days of receiving your board, you can visit the Acedeck official website to make the purchase. (Please note: If the board is signed for more than 30 days, we will not provide extended warranty service. This means that even if you purchase the extended warranty service, we will still refund your payment.)
Please provide your order number as a remark during the checkout process.
3-After placing the order, we will extend your warranty period in the system. You will also receive the AcedeckCare+ card, which you can expect to receive within 10-20 days.
Warranty Policy:
The parts are shipped from China, and you are expected to receive the package within 12-15 days after delivery.
Note:
For DIY riders, it's essential to assess the compatibility of purchased parts with your custom boards. Returns or exchanges are only available for product quality concerns. For quality issues, we can only provide component replacements or repairs, returns are not available. Feel free to reach out if you require assistance or have inquiries.
