① Cold-Forged Strength
Our previous-generation suspension set a high standard. The new Nimbus-Z 3.0 Independent Suspension raises it even further. Every control arm is now cold-forged from high-strength aluminum alloy, delivering greater strength, lower weight, and tighter manufacturing tolerances.

② Carbon Fiber Matrix
A 4 mm T700 carbon fiber cross brace ties the entire structure together, eliminating chassis flex, unwanted noise, and steering vagueness over rough terrain.

③Skeletal Design
Built specifically for the new NYX, the suspension uses our signature hollowed-out design. We shaved off every ounce of dead weight while keeping it rock-solid for aggressive off-road riding.

2. Chasis & Trail Control

① Redesigned Geometry
The suspension geometry has been redesigned from the ground up. Optimized arm angles, increased wheel travel, and a wider preload adjustment range allow the board to float over rocks, roots, and broken pavement while remaining remarkably composed during high-speed acceleration and long downhill runs.

② Fifth-Gen Bushing Tuning
The fifth-generation factory-tuned bushings deliver a more fluid carving feel without sacrificing stability at speed or on loose terrain.

③All-Terrain Absorber
Completely re-engineered to soak up every bump, hole, and impact the trail throws at you. The board stays planted, no matter how bad the terrain gets.

3. Built to Endure

① Chromoly Steel Kingpin
The kingpin is forged from heavy-duty steel, precision CNC-machined, ground, and chrome-plated. It is insanely tough—built to outlast the board itself.

② Sintered Bronze Pivots
Every pivot point is equipped with pre-lubricated sintered bronze bushings from the factory for smooth, silent operation from the very first ride.

③ Vibration-Proof Fasteners
Every fastener is treated with a high-strength anti-loosening coating to withstand repeated impacts and off-road vibration.
