If you've chosen sea freight as your shipping method, your skateboard will be transported by ship from China to your country. During this phase, there won't be any real-time logistics updates available due to the lack of tracking systems in place. Subsequently, your skateboard will go through customs clearance in your destination country, and once the clearance process is completed, it will be handed over to a local courier company. At that point, you'll start receiving updated tracking information. Please note that this shipping method may have a longer delivery time, so we appreciate your patience.
If you've chosen domestic delivery, your board will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once you receive the tracking number, it means we've handed your skateboard over to the courier. Occasionally, couriers may experience delays due to high shipment volumes, so if the tracking information doesn't update for a few days, don't be surprised. You can check again in 1-2 days.

When we hand over your skateboard to the courier company, your address information is synchronized with their system. Occasionally, errors like incomplete addresses or postal code mismatches may occur during the copying process. No need to worry; if such incidents happen, we will promptly contact the courier company to rectify or complete the address, ensuring precise delivery."
3. Port Congestion
After arriving at the port or railway station, shipments may encounter delays due to adverse weather conditions, peak e-commerce seasons, or labor strikes. Insufficient manpower or lack of operations can result in goods piling up at the port without processing, causing delivery delays. Please don't be surprised; once the port or railway station resumes normal operations, your shipment will be handled promptly. We'll expedite the delivery process."
4. Warehouse Overflow
During events like Black Friday or other shopping festivals, courier companies and warehouses experience a surge in order volumes, leading to warehouse overflow. This may slow down the processing time for goods. If your tracking number doesn't show any changes within the expected shipping time, consider checking back in 1-2 days."

When selecting our courier services, we often opt for a "face-to-face" delivery option, which requires the courier to contact you before delivery. Please keep an eye on your phone, SMS, and email for delivery information. If the tracking shows delivery but you haven't received the goods, contact us and the courier company promptly to inquire if the goods were left at a specific location or received by a family member or neighbor.

Press the Function button 8 times to enter the second level of Advanced Settings. You can rotate the scroll wheel to switch between the options; Press the On/Off button to save the setting.
Find option 9: motor direction. Switch cw/ccw by scrolling the wheel.
1. Press and hold the power button on the remote control to turn on it. Select 2WD.
2. Press and hold the power button of the board, and the power indicator light will flash.
