Acedeck® Hyper-Link™ Truck

Truck main body
Cold-forged 6061 aluminum, extensively CNC-machined to reduce weight without compromising strength
Axles & kingpins
Forged alloy steel, precision-turned and ground to ensure accuracy
Patented vertical bushing structure
- Provides stable support with optimal flexibility
- Easy bushing replacement
- Compatible only with tall-style bushings (Riptide Tall Barrel specification)
Rod-end bearings
High-hardness chromoly steel with anti-corrosion treatment, eliminating play and looseness
Fixed link lengths
- Front and rear geometry locked using dedicated jigs
- User adjustment not recommended
- Standard replacement links available from Acedeck (three lengths, three mounting positions)
Custom fasteners
- Taiwan FangSheng custom screws
- Installed to 16 Nm torque
- Secured with Loctite 243
- Removal requires heating to approximately 200°C
