At its core is a four-stage helical gear train. Compared to conventional straight-cut gears, helical gears provide greater tooth engagement, resulting in smoother power delivery, lower noise, and significantly higher load capacity.

The real breakthrough lies in the dual-idler gear design. Instead of concentrating peak torque and landing impacts on a single gear, the load is distributed across multiple contact points. This dramatically reduces stress concentration, minimizes wear, and improves long-term reliability under extreme riding conditions.

Every gear is precision-stamped from premium Japanese steel, then subjected to multiple heat-treatment and finishing processes. The result is an ideal balance of high surface hardness for wear resistance and a tough core that absorbs repeated impacts without compromising strength.

The standard 5.1:1 gear ratio is optimized for maximum torque, climbing ability, and all-terrain traction. Prefer more top speed? Simply replace the motor pinion with the optional 13T gear and swap the motor mount to convert the system to a 4.3:1 ratio. No specialized tools. No factory service required.
