Our carefully chosen gear ratio delivers impressive performance, even up to 6" tires, with only a small loss in torque on AT wheels.

Measuring only 60mm in maximum outer diameter, our gear drive accommodates even the smallest 70mm Magna wheels. Its slim 22mm profile reduces thickness by 30% compared to other gearboxes, resulting in remarkable weight savings.

All gears are made from high-strength stainless steel, thermally treated with 42crmo steel, achieving a hardness of 45-55° HRC. The enclosure itself is crafted from 6061 aluminum alloy, through precision CNC machining. Our Gear Drive kit is not just lightweight but incredibly durable as well.
