Over the past three years, the ACEDECK R&D team analyzed extensive real-world motor failure data from e-skate users worldwide. Based on this feedback, we systematically addressed long-standing industry issues and developed a high-reliability motor engineered specifically for electric skateboards.

Key improvements include:
- Reinforced motor shaft and end-cap structure
- Six Grade 12.9 high-strength fasteners, delivering nearly 100% structural strength improvement over conventional designs
- Upgraded magnet fixation process for enhanced internal stability and long-term durability
