Q: Remote Advanced Setting Description
A: Press the Function button 8 times to enter the second level of Advanced Settings. Similar to the first level of Advanced Settings, you can rotate the scroll wheel to switch between the options; Press the On/Off button to save the setting.

Note: Options 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, and 9 cannot be adjusted or modified without authorization. Making unauthorized adjustments to the above options may result in danger and damage to the board.

Option 10, 14, 18, and 22 are used to adjust the maximum speed in different modes, the number represents a percentage of the Max speed.
Option 11, 15, 19, and 23 are the maximum current output in different modes.
Option 12, 16, 20, and 24 are used to adjust the magnitude of the acceleration current. The larger the value, the greater the acceleration current, and the faster the acceleration.
Option 13, 17, 21, and 25 are used to adjust the braking force. The smaller the value, the weaker the braking force.
You can adjust options from 10 to 25 based on your driving preferences, allowing your board to match your driving experience better.

Q: What is the fastest can it go?

A: Please refer to each product's info to find out the top speed. Please always make sure you ride at a safe speed.
Note of Top Speed:
* Tested by a 65kg rider on a flat and smooth road. And top speed decreases as weight goes up
* When the battery is not full, the max speed will drop.
* Customers can adjust the max speed, torque, and braking of each speed mode on the remote.
*Top speed also can be increased by the larger wheel.

Q: Are your boards waterproof?

A: We don't rate our boards as waterproof. We'd highly recommend our customers not to ride our boards in wet condition as you can easily get hurt when it gets slippery. We are making every effort we can to engineer the electrical components of our boards to be as resistant to water as possible.

Q: What is the max weight allowed on the board?

A: Please refer to each product's info page and its user manual for max weight.

Q: What wheels should I pick?

A: If you are riding on the street or flat road, you can choose a smaller sized wheel, which has the advantage of being closer to the ground and more stable at high speeds. If you are going to ride in a more complex environment that is closer to the all-terrain environment, you can choose wheels with larger diameters which can pass well.

Q: Do I have to wear a helmet?

A: Yes! Please ALWAYS wear a helmet and any protective equipment when riding our boards.

Q: If I order today, how long will it take for my board to ship?

A: This will depend on the availability of the product you order. If the product is in stock in one of our local warehouses in your country, your order will be processed and shipped within 2 working days. If the product you order is not available in our local warehouses, we will pack and ship from our production factory in China which can take longer for international shipping. Q: Will my order be shipped in one package?

A: Orders with standard accessories will be shipped in 1 package. If you have included additional accessories in your order, we will send them out in separate packages.

Q: Where is the nearest retailer to me?

A: Unfortunately, we currently operate as a direct to consumer business, which doesn't rely on any offline distributors. We appreciate the thrill of seeing and feeling the product in a store which we are looking to offer in the coming future. Q: Can I change things after I place the order?

A: Yes, you can. Please contact us within 2 hours after you place your order. We will try our best to change it for you. However, we cannot guarantee that your order will be changed successfully because it is hard to modify the order once it gets sent to the factory.

Q: Can I change my address after the order has been shipped?

A: Please contact our customer support as soon as you can. We will always do our best to help, but there are no guarantees. Sometimes it is simply too late, and the courier no longer allows any changes.

Q: What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?

A: The price listed on our website is the retail price excluding any taxes and import duties. This will depend on the country you are ordering from.


Q: How long does it take to ship my board?

A: With the exception of pre-order products, most of our in-stock products will be packed and shipped within 2 working days after the order is placed.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we offer worldwide shipping!

Q: Is shipping included in the price?

A: No, shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?

A: This depends on the shipping method you choose as well as where you are. Products shipping from our local warehouses in United States, Australia and Europe (subject to stock levels) will normally reach you in 7-14 working days. Products shipping directly from China will normally take 35-45 working days.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Unfortunately, we don't offer free shipping at the moment, but we are trying our best to bring down shipping costs for our customers by stocking up our local warehouses and setting up more warehouses in your country in the coming future. Q: How long is the warranty?

A: We offer a 1 year warranty for the Mechanical components of our boards, including the deck and truck, and a 6 month warranty for the electrical components, including (1) Hub Motor (2) ESC (3) Battery (4) Remote and (5) Charger. Please refer to here for our complete warranty policy.

Q: When does my warranty start?

A: It will start the day you receive the product.

Q: How do I claim a warranty?

A: Upon receiving your skateboard, please send the Unique Product Number displayed on the product to service@acedeckboards.com, our customer service team will record the starting date of the warranty for you. Use the same email address to claim on the warranty.
