The Acedeck Customized Fee applies to orders that require special handling, custom configuration, or non-standard services beyond our regular production and fulfillment process.
This fee may include, but is not limited to:
- Custom product configurations or specifications
- Special production arrangements or priority scheduling
- Customized components, accessories, or packaging
- Additional labor, testing, or quality control required for customized orders
- Order changes requested after production or shipping preparation has begun
Please note that customized services are non-refundable once production or processing has started, as they are tailored specifically to individual customer requirements.
