Warranty Policy
Coverage
Acedeck provides the following warranty coverage:
- Mechanical Components (Deck, Truck): 1-year warranty
- Electrical Components (Hub Motor, Belt Motor, ESC, Battery, Remote, Charger): 6-month warranty
Consumable Parts such as wheels, bearings, belts, bash guards and other protections, all lights installed on the board, and grip tape are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage that, in Acedeck’s sole opinion, results from:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Transport or shipping of the Product;
- Theft of the Product;
- Unauthorized disassembly, tampering, modifications, or repairs;
- Use of the Product for purposes not expressly described by Acedeck, including commercial use or unusually high usage during the warranty period;
- Abuse, misuse, negligence, improper use, or accidents (such as accidental impacts), including:
- Use or storage of the Product in adverse environments (e.g., damp, sandy, corrosive, or dusty environments);
- Water damage;
- Dropping the Product onto the ground or colliding with objects;
- Use of the Product in violation of applicable laws;
- Failure to comply with any user manuals or care guidelines provided by Acedeck.
Consumable Components are not covered throughout the warranty period.
To process any warranty claim, photos or test videos are required to verify the issue.
If a customer has already been refunded the purchase price, Acedeck will not repair or replace the product.
Delivery cost for warranty returns
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty returns and replacements.
Additional Notes
- Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser of a brand-new complete board purchased from the Acedeck Official Website (https://acedeckboards.com/).
Boards that have been sold or transferred to a new owner are no longer eligible for warranty services.
- Due to the high cost of international shipping and import, returns for delivered boards are not accepted.
- The warranty covers individual defective parts only — not the replacement of the entire board.
You are responsible for caring for your Acedeck boards
To maximize the life and performance of your board:
- Avoid riding it in rain, mud, or other damp conditions.
- After use, wipe the surface clean and dry. Store the board in a dry, cool place.
- Do not use any chemicals or solvents to clean the board.
- Do not store the board in humid conditions.
- Keep the board away from open flames, high temperatures, flammable, or explosive materials.
- Although our bearings feature enhanced sealing, they may still corrode after prolonged water exposure, potentially causing noise without affecting functionality.
- Charge the remote control and board battery promptly when low to prevent battery damage.
- If you do not plan to use the board for a long time, please store the charging pad separately and recharge it at least once a month (ensure the battery is charged to above 30% each time). The battery can potentially be damaged if the level is below 30% for too long.
