Love the new remote! I was heartbroken when I lost my old remote - I’d unknowlngly left it in a box (that I subsequently found four days after the replacement arrived…). But I love this model! Easy acceleration, great responsiveness. I commute -5 miles (each) to work every day and have two boards - my Acedeck and a Meepo Hurricane. Ive got ~700 miles on the Acedeck (and probably ~1000 on the Meepo (which I’ve owned a little longer) The experience isn’t even close… the Acedeck is a much better ride - the biggest differences are in the turns - the Acedeck holds the acceleration to let me “push” into the turn and smooth, reliable braking. The Acedeck feels intuitive and more responsive to me.
Looking sick! And looks really sturdy, but i dont really like the fit, it is smaller on the end and it makes less grip, with gloves it can be really bad

It's essentially the same remote but smaller, it feels so much more comfortable in the hand while riding. I was disappointed when it wasn't all aluminum like I kinda expected, especially since there isn't a cnc case you can buy for it. That lil aluminum strip isn't enough to protect the remote. But it feels really nice.

Love this remote, it's built like a tank, but the true star of the show is the scroll wheel. The aluminum construction is not only sleek but also delivers on performance. The double bearing fixation is a stroke of genius, providing an unbelievably smooth and fluid action. Whether I'm fine-tuning my speed or applying the brakes, the control is precise and instantaneous.
This remote control is the best. I love the grip and the sense of operation.
The new remote is an excellent upgrade to the old one. Smaller and more comfortable in the hand and the aluminium throttle wheel has a much better feel. Wonder why I waited so long to upgrade it on my N3

This remote is slightly better than the stock plastic one. The thumb wheel turns smoothly, the housing is a bit smaller, and it fits in my hand better, especially with gloves on. I wish Acedeck had the option to upgrade this remote when purchasing the board. I bought my N3 and this remote at the same time. The stock remote that came with my board has less than 10 minutes of use.
Great remote. Acedeck customer service gave me it after shipping caused damage to the original remote. Quick responses and easy to work with them.

It’s an improvement! Fits more comfortably and the wheel isn’t as touchy but feels more responsive. By touchy I mean my Horizon won’t try to buck me off when I sneeze.
Definite upgrade over the stock remote!

Great product, the grasp is nowhere close to the common model. Fit better in the hand. The aluminum wheel is a good touch. Nothing new regarding the firmware. A far more negative point, no manual. Come on guys for the price a sheet of paper can help a lot. Beside a page with the basic configuration of each board design could be of great help. Not everybody knows the settings by heart.... Reminder for the buyers : To pair power and hold your ESC button until the tail light blink, then power on your remote, the pairing should complete fast right after.
So this new remote is an improvement in the most important area, smoother throttle control without as much of the jerkiness! Overall I was a tad disappointed in the remote itself. With all the mention of metal and bearings, I thought it might be more substantial and heavier, but it's about the same feel as my stock remote with the metal casing. The screen and functions are the same ancient tech looking. BUT, the big improvement and exactly why I bought it was the smoother acceleration without the sudden throttle engagement, the "jerkiness". Yes, I've tinkered with the parameter adjustments to almost 0%. Now I can turn them back up a bit. The dead spot is a bit smaller and the throttle engages sooner on the thumbwheel travel as well. It's made this wild beast of a board (Nomad N1) a good bit more manageable. The extra 30% off for current owners was a nice extra. Overall a definite improvement, still waiting for the trigger remote with better screen! Acedeck rocks!
A big upgrade from the standard N3 remote. My only complaint is that this remote should really be what comes with the original board, given the price.
The remote is just awesome. It looks good and its very nice in the hand. Doesnt have more features thought. Just cuter.
This remote is 100% better than the one provided with their boards. Was hesitant before purchase but Im really glad I have it now.
The electronics seem the same but the Linnpower case and thumb wheel are much more comfortable.
It’s a nice improvement over the plastic fantastic version. I don’t think it’s a hall effect upgrade however aluminium scroll wheel and metal surround are welcome upgrades. Also a nice bumper to protect screen would be welcome. I added some grip tape to the outside as it’s a little extra slippy also. Hand position is slightly different angle now and I'm not sure if it’s better but seems okay so far. Thanks.
