+ Nice optical design, matches the board and T-tool. The red anodisation adds the necessary corrosion protection and should give the surfaces strength to the nut, to withstand the applied mechanical stresses.
- "No adequate nut loss protection included", like in standard skateboard nuts. The axle ,respectively thread, has only some coating, usually used for single use. The more, the aluminium nut - to steel axle - material pairing has some tendency to seize, and should be lubricated when fastened.
- "T-tool can't be paired adequately, to properly apply force to the nut (slips)". The geometry has a special, not standard nut design. My guess: The nut to T-tool pairing has to short flanks or suboptimal flank angle.
Before I use the board, I usually check the nuts, if still property fastened. No problem so far, but I'm thinking about, to switch to standard ISO nuts, whit integrated loss protection (depending on wear resistance and safety. the standard Acedeck nuts will provide over time)
